Material Used: Stainless Steel, Aluminium, Mild Steel Sheet

Details: The pattern was done in Aluminum flat of 6mm thick, bended as per the design profile and with the threading done on the edges for the threaded rods to be inserted in the wall for fixing. The whole artwork was powder coated as per the desired shade.

Project Name: Lodha, Casa Bella Gold – Palava.

Club G

Branding done in stainless steel and side edge in approx. 50mm wide. The letters were painted as per the given shade by the designer and directly fixed on the entrance of the Club House Entrance Wall.

Wall Flowers

The flower shape was achieved with the Mild steel sheet. Cut in waterjet as per the profile and then hydraulic pressed in a dye mold to get the shape. Powder coated as per the given color and then fixed on the wall as per the diagram with rear thread fixtures.

Gold Simulator Room

The background plate is aluminum 6mm thick with grooving done in CNC router, the whole plate then was aluminum Gold Anodised to the get the effect as desired. Letters were cut in stainless steel TI coated sheet in laser and stuck onto the plate with conventional adhesive. Fixed on the Glass with rear side 3M VHB tape and Silicone.

Kid's Play Area
